Trial Period - 99 Nights on us!
While we are confident you will love your new Nest & Wild mattress, we offer a 99-Night Comfort trial (Trial Period) on both of our mattresses. Once you receive your Nest & Wild mattress, we ask that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. Please note it can take up to 30 days for your body to fully adjust to your new mattress and totally normal to experience some new sensations during this adjustment period. After the 30th night, if you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, please email us at info@nestandwild.com to initiate the return/refund process. In most cases, we are able to facilitate a pick-up of your mattress with our third-party partner Sharetown (at no charge to you!). For any reason Sharetown is unable to service your area, we will contact you to donate your mattress to a local charity, organization or church OR dispose of the mattress at your local landfill or recycling center. Share the donation or disposal receipt with us and we will promptly issue your refund.
Please note that all refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment for the mattress’s purchase amount and can take 5+ Business Days to reflect depending on your financial institution.
Returns and Refunds are limited to a maximum of two items of the same product type per initial order, validated by a customer name and/or shipping address
If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional Trial Periods on subsequent orders of that particular Product (e.g. if you return a Luxury Hybrid mattress, you will not be eligible for the applicable Trial Period on future Luxury Hybrid orders).

*Accessories and Bases do not come with a 99-Night Comfort Trial. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on pillows, bases, frames, platforms, sheets or mattress protectors if they have been opened. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
