Trial Period - 99 Nights on us!
While we are confident you will love your new Nest & Wild mattress, we offer a 99-Night Comfort trial (Trial Period). Once you receive your Nest & Wild mattress, and have it all set up, we ask that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. After the 30th night, if you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, please email us at info@nestandwild.com to help facilitate a pick-up of your mattress (at no charge to you!). For any reason our 3rd Party partner is unable to service your area, we will contact you to donate your mattress to a local charity, organization or church. Share the donation receipt with us and we will issue your refund.
Please note that all refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment for the actual purchase amount.
Returns and Refunds are limited to a maximum of two items of the same product type per initial order, validated by a customer name and/or shipping address
If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional Trial Periods on subsequent orders of that particular Product (e.g. if you return a Luxury Hybrid mattress, you will not be eligible for the applicable Trial Period on future Luxury Hybrid orders).
