It’s true that memory foam mattresses typically sleep warmer than spring mattresses. However, we have designed the fabric to be made of wicking materials that pull moisture away from your skin keeping you cool. The top multiple layers of the mattress are made with open cell memory foam which allows air to flow more easily and helps keep you cooler. If you are switching from a spring mattress to a foam mattress your body will need time to adjust to the change.
It’s not going to happen. The mattress will need to be handled in its expanded form.
Fed-Ex will deliver the box right to your doorstep.
Mattresses typically arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days following your order. Once the shipment is ready we will send you a tracking number so you can make plans and prepare for your new bed.

Most newly manufactured mattresses have a new foam smell. This will dissipate rather quickly and you should not be alarmed. This is not harmful to you. While you can sleep on your new mattress almost instantly, it is best to open the package and allow the mattress to recover for 24 hours prior to sleeping on it. This allows the foam to fully recover and the new mattress smell a chance to go away. It can take up to a week for the new smell to complete dissipate.

Sleeping on your new mattress
No, not nearly as much as a traditional spring mattress. In most cases you can’t feel your partner getting in and out of bed.
The mattress was designed to comfortably support up to 350lbs per sleeper.
If you are switching from a lifetime of sleeping on an innerspring mattress to sleeping on a memory foam mattress, a break-in period where your body adjusts to the new support is common because the materials have not had time to soften and conform to your body.
This is why we ask people to try our memory foam bed for at least 30 days prior to going thru the return process.
The old mattress you’ve been sleeping on for years has adjusted to the shape and size of your body as well as your sleeping positions. After years of repeated use, materials compress and no longer adequately support your body. That indentation left by your body may cause sagging, reducing sleep quality.
A new pair of shoes often requires a breaking in period. The same principle applies to your new mattress; it may not feel comfortable until the materials have stretched and softened.
The break in period allows time for your body to adapt to your new mattress, but also for it to adjust to you. If your old sleeping surface was beginning to break down, your body might have overcompensated to make you feel comfortable. A new sleeping surface means your body may have to readjust to the support of your new mattress. These beds are built to last a life time and we designed them to be at just the perfect balance of support and comfort once they break in.This process typically takes a week.
