The Nest & Wild mattress has a very heavy cooling cover which pulls heat AWAY from you. This coupled with the high airflow foams really helps with hot sleepers!

We offer two levels of firmness.

Hybrid - 4.5 of 10. Softer feel for side sleepers but still supportive.

Original - 6 of 10. Medium feel for side and combo sleepers

Our mattresses are free from formaldehyde, heavy metals, and flame retardants that could lead to cancer or genetic defects. All foams adhere to the standard of less than 0.5 parts per million VOC (volatile organic compounds).

Most newly manufactured mattresses have a 'new foam' smell. This will dissipate rather quickly, and you should not be alarmed. We go to great lengths to make sure our mattresses do not have a strong smell.

After at least 30 days of use, if you are not satisfied with your mattress, simply return it for a 100% refund.

Where available, we work with our service partner to get your Nest & Wild mattress picked up, as is, at a time convenient for you. In the cases where they are unable to provide pick-up, we ask that you donate the product to a local charity and provide proof of donation.

Memory foam mattresses tend to sleep warmer than spring mattresses, but our fabric is designed with wicking materials to pull moisture away from your skin, keeping you cool. The top layers of the mattress are made with open cell memory foam, allowing for better air flow to help maintain a cooler temperature.

UPS will deliver the box right to your doorstep.

Mattresses typically reach your doorstep within 3-5 business days of your order. You'll receive a tracking number once the shipment is ready, allowing you to prepare for your new bed.

Our mattresses ship from our factory in Tupelo MS. Every thread, stitch, cover, foam component, and box are made in the USA.

Free Delivery is included in the purchase price of our mattress via UPS.

We offer a 15 year limited warranty on our Luxury Hybrid and a 10 year limited warranty on our Original Foam. The warranty coverage includes things like sagging or body impressions that are greater than an inch. It’s also going to cover any material breakdown of the foam that causes it to split, crack, or deteriorate in any other way. This excludes improper use of the mattress such as wet, dirty or torn products. The cover is also included in the warranty. If you notice loose stitching, a broken zipper, or anything else out of the ordinary, simply reach out to us at travis@sandmanbedding and we'll work with you to find a solution.

We will use a national delivery service such as UPS or Fed-Ex to deliver the box right to your doorstep.

The manufacturer provides a warranty against defects. Beyond this we do not offer a return policy for the adjustable bases.

No. You should not remove the cover.  

You should remove the bed from the box as soon as you can. However, if you'd like to wait to open your mattress, we suggest waiting no more than 30 days.

If you need to clean your mattress, just spot clean the stain using cold water and a gentle detergent. Make sure the cleaned area is completely dry before placing sheets back on the mattress. Do not remove the cover. Do not machine wash or dry the mattress cover.

Nope! If you and your partner have a significant difference between weights or if you sleep on one specific side of the mattress, we do recommend rotating the mattress every 6 months.

No, not nearly as much as a traditional spring mattress.  In most cases you can’t feel your partner getting in and out of bed.

The mattresses are designed to comfortably support up to 350lbs per sleeper.  

We provide three options for bases. One Powered Adjustable base, one Wooden Platform Base and one HD Metal Riser.

All bases support up to 1,000 lbs of weight.

The wooden platform is made from a combination of hardwood, pine and plywood. The walnut refers to the color of the stain.

Included in the packaging is a customer service number for assistance. 99% of issues get resolved over the phone. If needed, a team can visit your home for help.

Simple assembly is required for all bases. All necessary tools and instructions are provided.

There is no need for a box spring or foundation with our bases. If you wish for a higher bed, you can add a box spring or foundation to the Wooden Platform.

Due to weight restrictions for UPS and Fed-Ex, a split king (2 - twin xl) base is required. The split king ships in two boxes with a connection cable for joining the bases if desired.

For the Split King Adjustable Bases, you can purchase a King size mattress or two twin xl. If you opt for the King size mattress, you will likely need to link the two bases for unified control. To have individual control on each side, twin xl mattresses are recommended.

We do not manufacture bases. The bases are imported globally from a wholesaler in the USA.
